The Albury Wodonga Symphony Orchestra’s final performance for 2026 will be ‘Magnificat,’ conducted by Jessie Swan. Featuring John Rutter’s phenomenal choral masterpiece by the same name and the voices of the Murray Concert Choir, this will be unlike anything AWSO has done before.

AWSO Artistic Director and Conductor, Jessie Swan, exhibits a sophisticated and refined rehearsal style. Her artistic flare and her passion for music are clearly defined in the connection she has formed with the Albury Wodonga Symphony Orchestra and the sound she continues to nurture from its musicians. The orchestra will perform Dvorak’s Overture Candide and Schubert’s Symphony no. 8, “Unfinished,” before our performance culminates in the joyful and passionate Magnificat.
